Start with what is happening to your vehicle
A no-start, keys locked inside, a flat tire, an empty tank, or a vehicle that is stuck can require different equipment and preparation. Tell us what you observe, where the vehicle is parked, and its year, make, and model. We’ll discuss whether roadside assistance is appropriate or towing should be considered.
Details that help
- For jump-starts: describe symptoms and any visible battery damage without approaching a hazard.
- For lockouts: explain the situation and be ready to confirm authorization to access the vehicle.
- For tire changes: tell us whether a suitable spare and any wheel-lock key are available.
- For fuel delivery: confirm the required fuel type and pickup location.
- For winch-outs: describe the surface, vehicle position, access, and nearby hazards.
If there is immediate danger
Call 911 for injuries, fire, smoke, unusual battery heat, a person or animal in immediate danger, or another emergency. An online request is not an emergency response system.
Availability and pricing
Call with your location and service details to confirm availability, equipment compatibility, and pricing. Online requests are inquiries and require direct confirmation before service is arranged.
